At Melbourne Osteopathy Sports Injury Centre each of our Pilates instructors have completed nationally and internationally recognised training in one or more of the following methods: Australian Pilates Method Association, Polestar Pilates, Stott Pilates and Body Arts and Science International Pilates. Our instructors work closely with our Osteopaths, Myotherapists and Remedial Massage Therapists to give our clients the best results possible.
